Course Description

This self-paced course offers learners the opportunity to dig deeper into The Design of Life: Discovering Signs of Intelligence in Biological Systems, a 300-page college-level classic on intelligent design and evolution by mathematician William Dembski and biologist Jonathan Wells. Enrolling in the course is free, but to complete the course you will need to purchase a copy of the book. For each chapter, you will review the chapter outline, read the chapter, watch supplementary videos, and then complete the chapter quiz.

Important Information:  Upon enrolling in this course, you will have 180 days to complete it. After 180 days, your course access will expire and you will need to re-enroll if you want access to the course.

Daniel Reeves is Director of Education and Outreach at Discovery Institute’s Center for Science and Culture. He holds a BA in Biology with additional graduate studies in Zoology. Before joining Discovery Institute, Daniel engaged in both field and laboratory research for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He also has a passion for education, and has taught science in both museums and public schools.
